...A macros controller on console?
You feeling alright, big shoots?
First, that was unnecessarily rude. Please mind your manners.
Second, if you have a strong enough deck to auto through a mission, you will find out that all you need to do is to hit the confirm button, whatever it is on your console, repeatedly to grind.
So, not even heard of turbo controllers and wrenches before?
2. Put the most OP units of each camp into the deck (it would be best if the equipment, skills, etc. can be maxed out)
It's the equivalent of saying my dude.
If that's the kind of thing that gets to you, the internet is really not the place for you. You're gonna have a bad time.
How is it a skill issue when the AI spawns 15 enemies instantly at mission start? No amount of being good at the game will remedy that.
