I hope that's not the case for you but as it's a well known warning sign I'd be testing for it.
Have you updated your bios to the recently released ones designed to stop killing CPUs?
That's good at least, too often people just test flat load without testing upper transients.
It's how people ended up stable running prime when the microcode applied egregious voltage but not when browsing youtube or gaming.
Glad you aren't suffering from that, doing an RMA would be a nightmare for a CPU.
