Launch error FIX

For those who have trouble launching the game after the last update, I recommend you download "Bypass PSN Login - No PSSDK Restored" on Nexus Mod. It worked for me.

If the following message appears to you after launch: "The libScePad runtime is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." just press "OK" and the game will run fine.
