Can't upgrade Runic attacks or hilts after latest update

Title.

This is so infuriating.

Pre-update, I was able to play the game without signing into PSN. Post-update, I can't upgrade any Runic summons, attacks, or relics.

Turns out you can upgrade. But the icons and prompts are invisible. BRUH. Was able to do so with my controller even though the prompt to upgrade wasn't there.

Did they even test this?

I hope someone from SMS sees this. The issue doesn't seem as common so I'm hoping it's not getting glossed over.

A few people have reported similar problems on another post of mine.
