Cannot Upgrade Cloack of Black Bear past Level 9 ?
Hi,
I was playing a new run in new game + mode and tried to upgrade the cloak of the black bear chest armor to level 10, but it doesn't appear in the upgrade menu when at brok's shop, but I am able to see it in armor selection menu. Can we not upgrade this armor piece to Level 10 ?
