Northern Wilds chain's door disabled

I'm post game, and I'm trying to go into the Jungle in Vanaheim BUT the door in the Northern Wilds is closed with the chains disabled... I can't pull on the chains to open the door... Is that a bug or something ?
I checked the access from the Crater (Day and night) and yet, I still can't go in the jungle.
All I have to say is "help"
