Possible Bug - Cannot Jump Across Gap in Svartalfheim (Post-Completion)

I cannot jump across this gap in Svartalfheim post-game completion. Is there a reason this isn't supposed to be accessible or is this a bug? It has the white markings on the ground so I assume it's supposed to be accessible and that this is a bug. This is the only time I've had one of these locations not work so it's kind of odd.
