"Collector" Achievement Bugged (Hilt of forsbrandr)

The Relic you're supposed to get for killing the Raven boss, after collecting every Raven, is bugged. It can potentially not drop from the boss and is not found in the lost loot chest.

Apparently, the devs have seemingly ignored this bug, because I've seen posts dating back 2+ years, back to its original console launch. I guess the bug was never fixed and then somehow ported over to PC.

pls fix.

its not the only bug they ported from ps. i have the steinbjorn armor bug. i didnt craft whole set in first playthrough cause i wanted to upgrade it to lvl 10 in ng+. when i got to sindris house for first time i crafted and upgraded all of it. and when i got my first slumber stones in ng+ the labor for crafting it came back and now i cant craft it cause its already in my inventory. so i dont think they will fix anything if they didnt fix this on ps 2 years ago.
