If enough started to ask for refund maybe something would happend but if not, will not ever again buy a Sony PC port. How on earth is it possible within two hours to figure out if a game is bad optimized and if so, how much time are you willing give before you give up?
Yeah you are probably 100% right! Out of 300 games in my library, THIS is the only game that crashes, lags and is unstable. Yeah, its my computer! kekw!

Enough crybaby for you douche?
Well, something is wrong on your side then. CPU, maybe? There are a lot of news lately about problems with 13th & 14th gen Intel CPUs. Still, you have not described what kind of problems regarding optimization are you experiencing.
14900KS + 4090 + 64GB RAM in my system... no problems... game crashed only once before in Svartalfheim but that was on an older game version and a different driver version when some memory leak issues were prevalent.
Now the game is stable as a rock with current patch and latest driver with no stutters and framerate is smooth as butter...
Something wrong with your PC then...you probably have one of those defect intel CPU. Are you aware 13th and 14th gen intel CPU are getting unstable overtime due to too high voltage from factory? I have zero issue with my 4090, 7800x3d and 32GB DDR5 6000. It runs smooth like butter since the latest patch.
ROG Ally - mix of med/high/low settings - 1080p @ 30w no problems. 60-75 fps mix of med and high settings, FSR Quality and Frame Gen enabled
13700hx/4070 8gb Laptop - 2k res High settings, DLSS Quality No FG no problems. Locked 90fps. I do have to be careful with the vram usage and had to adjust settings accordingly.
I personally haven't run into any issues on three extremely different PC's. I am NOT saying you don't have problems. What I am going to say is that maybe it warrants some investigation on your end into your system and try and figure out what's going on.
