Pre-Order Bonus

is there a way to know if you got the pre-order bonus ? Since i got mine from Instant Gaming i got the key and i am currently pre-loading

Its mark on the page, under deluxe bonus.

And yes if youbtake the game before day one technicly you are in pre order

The bonus is probably already included in the key and we will receive it in-game. I activated my key (for the Deluxe Edition) and it was listed as "God of War Ragnarök Digital Deluxe Edition Pre-Purchase". So, the version of the keys for those who purchased during the pre-sale are different.

I believe the key for the game itself is a pre-purchase specific key, rather than being a DLC item. As someone else mentioned, when I go into my Activated Keys section in Steam, my key is labeled as:

"God of War Ragnarök Digital Deluxe Edition Pre-Purchase"

If you don't see the Pre-Purchase in the title, you may have a post-launch key (which has happened to me with a different game, so it's a valid concern.)

Click on your user name in the upper right, go to "Account Details" then "View Licenses and Product Key Activations."

I got the game which supposed to have the pre order dlc, but it just said "God of War Ragnarök". What now? Should I contact the site?

Correct. I have the main game key (which is listed as Pre-Purchase) and I have the Digital Artbook and Digital Deluxe DLC.
