Most of these aren't that secret since they almost all show up on the map. Go for 100% and you'll get most of these.

Only one worth mentioning is the Amulet of Awakening for the trolls...and be aware there is a stone dragon in the Dwarf Realm that is also woken up. So there's four enemies in total...three trolls and one dragon.

Also, after rescuing "the real," you will also see this character in all the other worlds with some eye-rolling dialogue each time. I didn't bother searching him out but got a few scenes from him.
