Controller Rumble/Vibration Fix

After running into issues with my 2.4ghz wireless controller not getting rumble in Ragnarok, I tested out the game with a direct USB connection to my spare DS4 controller.

What I found was that the DS4 would only support rumble with Steam Input disabled. Since the game touts it's Steam Input support as a main feature, it seemed like the best place to start.

Luckily, I quickly found that the solution is fairly simple:

1. Run GOW:R, and open the Steam Overlay

2. Open the "Controller" settings menu in the Overlay for GOW:R.

3. Select the "Current Button Layout" template, and then go the the "Templates" section.

4. Create a "Gamepad" preset, without any customization or setup. Apply this template

5. Close the Steam Overlay and press any button on your controller. You should see no input.

6. Re-Open the Steam Overlay, and repeat steps 2-3. This time, head to the "Your Layouts" tab to complete step 3.

7. Select the Official layout from the "Your Layouts" tab, apply this template.

8. Close the Steam Overlay and return to GOW:R. You should now have controller rumble for any gamepad.

This is not a permanent fix. It appears that the process needs to be repeated after each focus loss, controller disconnection, or game restart.
