Help with FPS

i have 3070, 5700x, 32ram

im in the first part and i play using 1440p ultra dlss quality, but sometimes it feels im running like 30 fps and the programs show me 60 fps

(with DLAA this not happen but in combat i drop to 45)

Pretty sure newest patch screwed performance. Im crashing like crazy with a really good system. Need a hotfix asap

That doesn't sound quite right (my specs are lower but I'm getting much better performance) Have you actually checked your FPS? Steam settings > in-game > in-game FPS counter if you weren't aware.

Two things off the top of my head that could be doing it -- either you're getting uneven frame pacing (try a few different vsync settings) or perhaps you're on a laptop and your power options are set too low, resulting in throttling?

Im using desktop PC, and all programs show me more than 60 FPS, but the game feels like 30.

Recent patch broke alot. Many others are reporting this issue.

If it's actually just running at 30fps this may be down to your screen settings, sometimes (like on my 2019 Samsung TV) you gotta enable UHD HDMI to get more than 30fps at resolutions above 1080p.
