PS5 controller shows inverted layout on the screen
I'm using a DS5 controller, which worked fine for the 2018 game, but Ragnarok is showing me the wrong buttons for climbing. I switched the Interact/evade buttons in the game settings, and everything works as it should, but to climb I need to press circle instead of the interact button... same goes for climbing up and down with the blades of chaos, even though it shows X on the screen I can only climb using O.

The chests and doors work fine, but the zip line also has the same issue.

Does anyone here know to fix this?

I hope someone figures it out cus it means you can't interact with those from a sprint without rolling first unless you turn on full automatic traversal options. I even re-enabled steam input and manually bound both X and O to interact with O also having evade, but then both X and O acted as evade while only O *still* to climb regardless of the big "X" prompt. its almost like the game binds the button to climb and use ziplines to the general evade command regardless.

Did anyone find a fix for this? Can even use the relic ability

Edit* Close the game. Right click the game. Click properties and go to controller. Then Turn off Steam Input. Now open the game again and it should work. This also somehow makes the haptic feedback work correctly on the PS5 Controller.

Does this only work when the controller is plugged in? When my dualsense is wireless, it does not register with the game at all without steam input.

I would recommend disabling steam input from the properties screen for the game specifically. I had something similar occur but after disabling steam input and restarting the game, it was resolved.
