It's part of the base game now, it's not a DLC, it won't show in the DLC inventory for the game.
I have no idea why you say with such confidence that "pre-purchase entitlement" is Valhalla, this is FALSE. It probably refers to the ownership of the pre-order Armors.
It's available from the main menu right from the start for anyone. It's been officially stated multiple times that Valhalla would be free with any edition of the game for everyone.
