This game is proof that Playstation consoles are a complete waste of money these days.
All of their good games will get a PC port at some point if they're worth a damn. Any that get stuck on the PS5 don't justify the 400-700$ price for what is essentially a pathetic PC with an extremely limited library of games. Stellar Blade will get a PC port soon, both GOW's are here now too, same with Spider-man and a few others.

Hopefully you guys have integrity, and are convincing your friends Playstation consoles are a complete waste of money when they get a decent PC instead.

Speaking of monitors, mine cost me 1,8k. It's an Alienware 34"ultrawide. PC can be cheap like it can be insanely expensive. It depends on what you want out of it and how much time and importance said hobby takes in your life. But ultimately, for this whole PC VS console thing.. who cares? Buy what makes you happy and let others buy what makes them happy. Not everyone has to be uniform in what they buy, we don't have to consume the same stuff. You do you.

Except most Playstation to PC ports are a buggy broken mess.

See Kingdom Hearts and pretty much any game made by Square Enix ported to PC.

Because Playstation consoles are a massive waste of money these days, run by a terrible company, and it's important to me that I educate people on why Playstation is a joke of a console.

I've never seen a company backstab part of their core audience so hard over the 10 years. Years of censorship, bad business practices, including pandering to people who push an agenda who don't give a flying toss about games at all. I look forward to Sony exiting the console business in the next decade or so, they can't compete with PC or Nintendo because they are run by some of the dumbest mofo's on the planet.

You just have to lol at these takes. Folks, be VERY wary of who tries to "educate" you on the internet these days.

In reality, the cold, hard numbers don't lie:

Off the top of my head
  • While I haven't had as much of an issue as others, the problem with Kingdom Hearts is that it randomly Crashes to Desktop if you open the main-menu or during loading screens, or just at complete random. And keep in mind, this is a remake of a game from the PS2 era, where you have to haul-ass all the way back to a save-point if you want to save your progress. (And no auto-saves)
  • Final Fantasy 13 would run terribly on PC, and would even close if you hit ESC (I know this is a "feature" but WHY?!)
  • Final Fantasy 3 3-D (Confusing title, but bare with me) was just plagued with Game-Breaking Bugs. And sometimes you might not even realise until you're already screwed. Such as boats you need to navigate the world-map de-spawning. (And if you save, the de-spawned boat remains missing if you reload)
  • Didn't play it myself but; The Last of Us had such a bad PC launch that I remember seeing it having a Negative Score on Steam. I repeat: The Last of Us had a negative review score because of how bad a launch it had. Think about that.

I can also think of some games that aren't PlayStation specifically, but were designed for console. But the fact that these also have problems give you an idea of how far-reaching the PC Port problem is;
  • Sonic Forces would Crash to Desktop on the first level.
  • Nier Automata would just give you a white screen on certain GPUs.
  • Spyro Reignited is plagued with run-time issues, to the point where it is possible for the game to be unwinnable because a boss-fight mechanic doesn't trigger properly. (Giant bird creatures are supposed to drop weapons for you to use to attack Gulp, but the birds don't spawn. So you are just screwed) Also the console versions of Spyro Reignited received patches and updates, but the PC version did not.

Most of these are old examples, so maybe things have gotten better. But I am still very cautious when ever I look to buy a game on PC that was originally made for console.

Can't forget the infamous launch of Horizon Zero Dawn on PC where people couldn't even play it for weeks:

tbf, Nintendo only has so many exclusives because they refuse to release their games on any other platform (Except mobile phone a few times)

You don't buy a Switch because you want a Switch. You buy a Switch because you want to play Mario, Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, etc.

For you, me and other gamer's alike - maybe. But they have there place in the gaming world.
Also, like many others, I am still waiting for Bloodborne and Demon Souls...

You don't buy a Switch because you want a Switch. You buy a Switch because you want to play Mario, Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, etc.

There's other things too, the Switch's other main feature was that it was the first console to offer high end graphics as a mobile option. So you can play it on the bus/subway to work, or take it with you when you travel to other countries. They're also by far the least censorious of consoles between Playstation 5, and Xbox whatever. It's also appealing to retro game enthusiasts, as I don't see Sony or Xbox allowing you to play previous console Classic games as part of their online subscription service.

So you buy the Nintendo Switch console if travel a lot, want to be oppose censorship, and if you want to play previous console generation hits on the console too.

you come here with a SECOND HAND pc components that can run current games in 4k at 60 fps at max settings and we will talk about delusion.

anyway, enjoy getting robbed blind by graphic card manufacturers
PS5 = $500 (+x amount online fee)
I went on pcpartpicker and built a PC with better specs for $600 lol. Nothing second hand. No online fees. Free/cheap games. Use mouse or controller. Old games not locked to 30fps.

You just dont want to hear the truth for some reason, maybe you bought an overpriced laptop. The other dude linked a PC build for $800 that matches the Pro (actually outperforms it since Ryzen 5600 is a lot better than the PS5/Pro CPU) and you just ignored it.
your lying , the sad part is that you are lying to yourself .

come here and show everyone how a 600 bucks pc runs games in 4k with everything at ultra .

but dont fool us, dont come here 20 years from now , this week if you can

Um no people have been doing videos to show that yes in fact you can built a pc that cost about the same as a PS5 & Pro and have better stats and the fact that you think a console is actually running at 4K max settings compaired to PC version is funny, console game graphics are basically a mix of low & medium settings of PC game's and that's the 30fps fidelity version of the game while also being very heavily upscaled.
The price difference between the consoles and PC are shockingly similar these days and saying otherwise is delusion when there's plenty of information out to there prove it.

Yeah theres no way the ps5 is running all the games at full 4k max settings, while trying to get atleast 60fps, maybe in some less demanding titles.

But SONY people will says there already can game at 8K and their consoles can match the power of the 4090 I ♥♥♥♥ you not what's what some of them are actually saying.
But yea about the only game they might be playing at real 4K is that Astro Bot game hell I don't think they even play anything at real 1440p either it's like sub Full-HD upscaled even Allen wake 2 on the PS5 Pro is actually playing at 864p then upscaled.
