First god of war (2018) on Steam was a perfect succes, but now i see games released by Sony on PC are like nothing special. The hype of Playstation games on PC is DEAD or what? 2018 was so popular, but Ragnarok is like a phantom even if it's more better than 2018.

One big point is clearly the PSN requirement, without it wpuld have sale double.
And another point is the SBI involvment and the not so good word of mouth like the first game (maybe there is a correlation).
And both together hab a more heavy impact than each of it. A more mediocre game AND a requirement for PSN...
Why should I make a PSN for a mediocre game?
If the game would be that important to me I would get a PlayStation and played it already, but I would rather refuse to play the game than make a PSN.

Give us statistics on how PSN is a critical factor in the buyers decision and the success of a Sony Titel. Stomach feeling is a little trumpy.

Hope they remove PSN when they will release Spider-Man 2 on PC... i really hope that game to be more than a perfect succes with 100.000+ players on Steam. Really glad to see PS games to PC, but yea..

I play all action games. since 1996 when i was 9 years old and got my first pc until now.
That why i have played most games that sony released on pc(spiderman and spiderman miles morales, horizon and horizon 2, days gone, ucnharted 4 and lost legacy, sack boy a big adventure). I would had played god of war raganrok on release date too instead of warhamer space marine 2 if it didnt use psn. But because it has been hacked lot of times i decided to wait and see if they release a patch that will make it work without psn.

Iam very excited about the game. But for this specific reason (psn) i decided to not play on release. But as you see i only replaced it with space marine 2 which is also a action game so i played a new game this month anyway.

Black Friday is close, Halloween and Holiday Steam Sales are close.

All keystores will drops their prices starting on Black Friday until New Year. I mean... why buy now for full price.

Most people that wanted the game already played it on PS4 or PS5. o_O

This fall so many great games come out and people keep their money together.
