the game use 7.1 surround audio and this thing only available on high end motherboard or high end laptop. The game devs learn their lesson dont build videogame based on this audio anymore. What is done, is done !

Voice boost under audio options. very bottom. That is all you can do for now. It helped me hear the voices better at least.

That doesn't help at all, the only issue i've noticed is when playing cinematics, the voices are low.

I've heard that disabling spatial audio in windows fixes it....it loses surround, but the mix is properly balanced, since it's not sending audio to speakers it can't seem to access.

Yeah it sounds like it's trying to pipe voices into a center channel that you don't have. Make sure your set to Stereo sound everywhere, and turn off any kind of surround virtualisation that you might have enabled on your sound processor or in windows (like windows Sonic)

Control Panel > Sound > Properties on your output device > Spatial Sound = Off

True. Glad I'm the only one who's experiencing this.

Yes, it's only in cutscenes. During gameplay everything is super loud. But cutscenes I can't hear anything they are saying and I am forced to use subtitles.

EDIT: Enabling Voice boost and center pan dialogue fixes it for me.

Also enable "center pan diologe" as well in same area.

Does any of this help the music? It sounds so dang quiet too during cutscenes

I had this issue on my ROG Ally X. disabling Dolby Atmos fixed it entirely.

On my Dolby atmos, i had the voice problem, once i enabled the center audio dialogue option it fixed it completely.
