Game wont start! PC SDK runtime is missing

no matter what i do its not working. when i try to launch the game i get an error message "The program can't start because PlayStation(R) PC SDK Runtime is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program" i have file validated the game a few times and nothing. i went into the game folder and deleted PsPcSdkRuntimeInstaller and re downloaded the file with game validate on steam and it re downloaded and did not work. i also clicked the file to install manually but told me "another installation is in progress and you much complete before continuing this one" so now i don't know what to do to play the game

Are you on Linux/Steamdeck?

If you are, try this in the launch options: SteamDeck=1 %command%
