Character's Camara Look issue

i recently bought this game from steam. I have Mouse and keyboard. Not the controller. when i started playing i notice that my character can look up, down, left and right using keyboard arrow key, not with the mouse. do i need to buy controller or is there any settings for that?

fixed it by turning on the "gameinput service" under services. set it to manual and start the service. if you don't have the service download it from microsoft

Does not fix it, i enabled it, it says it running, but still same problem, Thank you anyway.
