Performance difference between midgard and Dwarv location is crazy
The performance and optimization of the game is just disappointing. In Midgard everything works great but when you step in Dwarves location it begins to feel way less responsive and viscous. Framegen doesn't help much with it.

There seems to be a big issue with the tessellation setting. Lowering this single setting seemed to have a HUGE impact on performance after Midgard.

No, it's gotta be a memory leak.
When i do a fresh boot on the game my VRAM is around 55% on the GPU, when i play a little bit longer my VRAM shoot up so 160% and all is bad after that. 40fps and stutters.

Same issue here. Running on a Ryzen 7 5700x + RTX 4060 Ti + 32 Gb Ram + nvme.

DLSS Frame Gen just isn't working past Midgard. Try AMD Frame Gen, that will solve your FPS woes.

100% this, game basically needs to be restarted once every hour.

Same here, the game starts at 100 fps, after 1 hour it suddenly drops to 40fps and you only resolve it by closing and opening the game again...

I had some real bad flickering when I got to the dwarf realm but then I turned OFF frame generation and now it's smooth as butter

Yeah, Svartalfheim definitely saw a performance drop. Googling it, seems like this was an issue on consoles as well.

I do think this is true as well though. Seems like performance gets rough after an hour or so. Hopefully something they can address.
