tbf this game would run decent things like a 3050 or even 2070 at low/medium settings at 1080p. Theres really no reason it should be locked, unless I guess itll brick your PC for what ever reason, and theyre locking it out to avoid getting sued. this is the first time ive seen this happen lol.

https://www.nexusmods.com/godofwarragnarok/mods/12?tab=description The game runs at 720p or 1080p between 40-60 fps with everything low and the fsr balanced, I don't know why Sony limits things like that if clearly a 1650 can handle this game.

You play Red Dead Redemption 2 and you say you can't run this game? It time for a new GPU bro , after release of the GTA VI you will say the same thing , so upgrade it your next move . I have a RTX 3060 and is looking awesome and I don't have problems at all at HIGH settings.

In coming next year you need minimum 6 VRAM for games , or maybe 8 is a good choice , not 3 or 4.

Yes I Played RDR2 it was amazing but some people don't have the money bro we live in third world countries so yeah it's not easy to buy new hardware, Hope you understand my point but there is a mod now which can bypass 4 gb Vram so Yeah it's all good
