Can I download my PS4/PS5 savegames to PC somehow?

Is that possible somehow. Has someone tried using Save Wizard to extract PS4 saves to PC?

Tried to use saves from ps4. Game chrashes after trying to load them, or when creating new save for starting ng+. There were no such problems during the transfer of saves for Ghost of Tsushima

Someone found a solution to the crashing of foreign saves.
Load into main menu and DON'T hit NG+ yet.
Alt+TAB out of the game and delete all save files from the folder.
Hit NG+ and create new save.
Seems to be an issue with wrong file sizes but this trick did it for me. Playing NG+ from my PS4 save.

tried it. you can start a ng+ but you´ll lose all items and even skills. all enemies will kill you with one hit.
