Missing Collectibles or am I tripping?

For reference I have the platinum on PS5 and I'm going for it again here, but I feel like I am not finding a bunch of certain collectibles where I recall finding them before. Maybe I am wrong though, but even a couple hallways/drop downs have led to a dead end.

Do you have your UI set to immersive? I know I've picked up a few scrolls and rune readings but it doesn't pop-up on UI because I have it set to immersive, it still logs them in your codex though.

Not set to immersive, I did find one scroll, But I recall there being actual area collectibles in the first area of the game. How far in have you gotten? I'm only just about to reach the first shrine Atreus shows Kratos.

when did you first start finding them?

There is a scroll just outside the temple and I think 2 lore bits on the way there, winter man a and something else I can't remember near the huntress fight.
