or if youre god of war yourself :) you can try it right of the bat
Is this your first ever time playing the game or have you played it before on PS... if you have played the game before, the argument is kinda moot in a way cos of the knowledge of enemies.
Beating the game on GMGOW with 100% in game completion having never played the game ever is the real deal IMO. I did that with 2018 (only did GMGOW and GMGOW+) and am doing the same on Ragnarok.
You havent answered my question pal...
Hrolf is a chump even in NG+ GMGOW. There are added mechanics but if you have the proper gear, it's easy. I like to fight bosses while I'm 2 levels below. Purple life bars. The berserkers are too easy. Gna on NG+ though is too tanky. I made a luck based build that refreshes my relic quickly. She basically ignores Hilt of Skofnung. She still takes damage but she moves like she isn't being hit which makes it harder to read her moves since the swords are obstructing your view.
Like it because unlike many other games diffculty here is not based on just more HP and less DMG.
Game really makes you learn the enemy and be wise in your approach.
Use the skills smart and build them accordingly.
Then after a while it becomes "easy" :)
After turning OFF aim assist and lock on and entire HUD - game is amazing.
