Confused, have PSN acct, logged in cant start game

i must be missing something, i only get to the initial screes where it states you have to have a psn acct, which i do.. so it states hit enter to start game and nothing happens.. it just keep going back to the same screen asking the same thing.. what Am i missing

It happened to me but i closed down the game and restarted the game, it eventually worked.

nothing works after i logged into psn account it just asks me to do it again and so on in a circle

Linux PCs, use this launch argument:

SteamDeck=1 %command%

You don't need a PSN account to play, it just lets you get PSN achievements.
Verify the game files with Steam?
Do you meet the game requirements, eg. GTX1060 6GB or better?

ha, i deleted and got a steam refund, then went over epic, and in epic I linked my PSN acct.. STILL wont get past the same screen.. this is now just laughable

yes verified files, even delete and reinstall even tried on epic with linked PSN, its broke and yes i have a massive powerful system RTX 4090 gpu

?? paid the same price on epic.. my point is, the game doesn't work on either platform even with a signed in and linked PSN account.. that's all im sayin

lol I didn't even need to sign in to start the game. Im having issues with the mouse panning not working

btw that suggestion of this cmd /c "set SteamDeck=1 && %command%" n allowed me to bypass open screen and then link steam finally it works!! super thanks to falkentyne :)
