Controllers not working even if i disable/enable steam input

I had the same issue with Space Marine 2, but in that case, disabling or enabling steam input made it works. This does not seem to work with Ragnarok. Any advice? I tried with Dualsense and Elite Series 2 controller.

Similar issue here! Hopefully it gets fixed soon. No dualsense features even when wired and steam API enabled. If I disable steam API, the game doesn’t even detect the dual sense button inputs.

Same issue here when I tried to play remotely, not at home so not sure if it’s a remote play bug or what.

My wired Xbox 360 controller works, but my DualSense doesn't - not via Bluetooth or wired, and still not if the 360 controller is unplugged.

I closed the game, turned off steam input for Ragnarok, and then plugged in my dualsense and booted the game. I have adaptive triggers at least, not really sure what the other features are because its a new controller for me, but I know adaptive triggers was working. Try my method and see if it helps.

EDIT: thanks for awards, also, I should mention, you MIGHT need to download the PlayStation Accessories App and update your controller’s firmware!

For anyone that still have the issue with the PS5 controller not working. Disable Steam Input, plug in your controller for full haptics, or play wireless over Bluetooth. When the game loads, if the PS5 controller is not working, at the title screen press the PlayStation icon on your controller. The controller should start working after that.

Theres also an App for PC called "Playstation Accessories" to Update the controller firmware itself

My controller works well if wired to my PC but not in wireless mode. Steam recognizes my controller and works fine with Steam Input, but this method doesn't support vibration ¿Any other solutions?

It's actually worked. I've updated DualSense firmware and now it's working wireless and with enabled steam input

Dual sense works great in game. I didn't change any setting in Steam before I start playing it. Space Marine 2 same. I don't have a solution for it. Of course using it wired otherwise the dual sense options don't work. And make sure you update it through the latest firmware update for windows first.

Like if it were that obvious, cobson. If I would have known that from the start i would never have bought the controller on the first place.

Sony flexes the vibration feature on all of their ads about the controller and you can't even use it on wireless mode. Smh.
