For vibration fix try:
Make sure controller is connected via USB (might work wireless haven't tried), then disable Steam input. Disabling Steam input will allow evade/interact flip to work, and will allow you to remap individual buttons in the ingame menu (instead of being redirected to steam input window).
1. Right click volume control in taskbar (alternatively Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound)
2. click 'Sounds'
3. 'Playback' window
4. Find Dual Sense Wireless Controller (Speaker), make sure it is enabled
5. Right click -> Configure Speakers: should see a window that says 'choose your configuration' and a test button.
6. Click 'Next'
7. A window that says select full range speaker and two check boxes: mark them both as checked
8. Finish
Settings -> Accessibility -> scroll down to Controller settings -> Vibration slider is the first option
Alternatively, if you disable Steam input you will be able to remap the controller buttons ingame and change vibration through the Controller Remap menu option.
