Your assuming lots of stuff that is not even true. This happens because they build the game on top of an existing layer (GOW 2018), on top of that they reuse lots of assets multiple times, so there is no clean slate, nd obviously this comes at a price which increase the file size nd also compromises the actual game performance. In essence the devs decided to make a cooky cutter assembly to make GOW Ragnarok.
Devs have become really incompetent to bring solid pc ports, nd I paid my price with Horizon Zero Dawn nd that was the first nd last Sony Pc port I ever bought. Its funny that this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc port releases still continue's.
Really wish it was standard for games to have high res textures and whatnot be optional downloads.
