BIG BUG, My girl gets stuck at the end of jotunheim mission, please help me save her. can not progress further.

near the end of jotunheim mission, my girl starts to move in wrong direction and then she gets stuck and does not move further. This results in lock and I can not progress further in to the story as at the end , she needs to come back to platform to descend in order for story to progress but she moves to the wrong direction and gets stuck.
Did any one face this issue?
Please playstation solve this issue.
