I read Neil Gaiman book about the Norse mythology, and I do not recall reading about an African looking person, let alone a goddess with dreads.

Not saying the acting was bad, but let's be honest, it feels odd and not fitting to be included in Norse Mythology themed game where everyone was of Germanic descent.

To me progressive people are racists, because they treat black people as someone incapable of taking care of themself. They speak for them, act for them, parade them as a badge of their virtue. Angrboda being black was pretty on the nose, but she was likeable at least, i had bigger problem with the overall narrative shift of ragnarok, thats where the "woke" ♥♥♥♥ seeped through the most. The ♥♥♥♥♥fication, the women all being wise badasses and great leaders, while all the men are either broken, evil or buffoons and only good for sacrifice like freyr who evidently waited his entire life for his sister to come back and lead everyone since he is just a god of lovable dummies. Kratos and mimir constantly assuring freya how strong she is and how much everyone needs her and owes her. I bet her role was changed and amplified later since all her dialogue and exchanges especially with mimir lack any of the quality, wit or humour we are used to from mimir talking to literally anyone else.

Nope and I don't think anyone said that. However, mythlogies often are still linked to religious or cultural traditions just like it is in this case. So it is kinda weird and to completely disregard that, is also weird.
Not to mention the studio changed her appearance.

That sums it up nicely. There's only ever a reaction which tries to frame you as a racist for one part of the story. Talk about hypocrisy.
Changing her to black is totally okay and acceptable, changing her again is racist. You really can not make this up.

Funny thing is, they constantly insult you, since you don't care you don't report them.
You literally just hint at them being the problem with a witty turnaround and then they report you.
I decided to ignore the bad faith actors, they still reply to me, but I just don't click the "show" button ;)

And of course what you pointed out is true.
When a white character gets a darker skin mod it's just called "tan" and that way there never was a raceswap ;)

1. Fictional characters: Would it be racist if we changed a Smurf to green?
2. Race swapping is not racist anyway, even with real characters, unless we are explicitly going for historical accuracy then its down to the artistic vision of the creators. Gender/race swaps in entertainment have happened for thousands of years.
3. It fits the mythology: This is a world where people can change sex at will and give birth to 8 legged horses. Changing skin colour is not out of place.
4. Most germanic descended white people are not incel snowflakes. We don't feel threatened by diversity.
