game fails to create save file. please help

glad I waited for so long just to drop 60 dollars and still not be able to play. every setting I change throws a stupid prompt saying that the settings cannot be saved. really disappointing experience so far and after reading some of these discussions, im wondering why the hell they dropped the game in the first place? it was clearly not ready for action yet. how does the file installer not install the correct files? im baffled right now and my attempts to mend the situation are failing one after the other. im no computer genius by any means but i fixed a similar situation on Jedi Fallen Order. PLEASE HELP!!!???

ok dude just go to your windows defender, then open ransonware, then allow an app make changes and final you need to allow recents apps search for GOW RAGNAROCK that should fix youre problem

What kind of security software are you running that won't allow games to make changes (create save files) to your system?
