Freya's Missing Peace quest bug / glitch

Seems like I can't get Freya to progress her side quest . I can't interact with the cup nor read the half written runes in the middle of the area . So the vines at the second cup still blocking the runes plate , and I can't interact the green rune plate thingy . Any idea how do I fix this ? Its actually happen long before I finish the game , but I guess if I just do any other side quest first might fix , but even after beat the main story still no luck

Since you're saying cup instead of circlet (which is her 2nd item), you may have not gone to the correct place yet.

Refer to the 20:02 mark, where there's a gate you have to go through.
