Movement issue

Hi!
I'm having a weird movement issue.
Most of the time I run or sprint, but sometimes, I don't know why, I just can't run anymore. I can only walk or sprint. The camera movement changes too. It's like when you're taking aim at a target.
It usually happens after a fight or when I use the portal. When I get at the other side, I can't run. As it happens suddenly, I get motion sickness, so I have to restart the game. 😕
Do you know how to solve that?

Now I am unsure if this is related. If I tab I run into issues where my movement by gamepad is halfed until the game is restarted.

Nobody is complaining about this. Maybe the problem is here.
What could be causing that?

I still haven't fixed this.
I have too restart the game several times during gameplay because I can't run or move the camera fast after some fights. 😡

Not even the wolves pulling the sled can run.

I reported it to Santa Monica Studio. 👍🏽

It's much better now.
I installed Nvidia driver 560.94. It's from one month before the game was released. 👍🏽
