You're not gonna like the answer. PSN isn't available in your region, so you're not gonna find any activation keys since the game isn't sold there. Sorry.

Obviously I know that, but there are people on the forum from the Baltic countries who managed to activate cd keys even though their countries are on the list of countries that do not have PSN, so I'm wondering if anyone from the Balkans has managed to do it.

Huh. Really?
Wait so... Region-free CD keys aside from PSN? This makes the whole PSN thing even more baffling then.

Just pirate it. Sony doesn't want your money.

I read on the forum that some even managed to launch the game without logging into the PSN network, the question arises whether it is even needed in a singleplayer game, the only two logical reasons are to increase the number of users for their data or a nefarious plan to be that you in the future have to subscribe (pay) to PSN in order to play the games you bought.

And why would I do that?, I want to get the game legally, so far I have bought every Sony game released on PC (God of war 2018, Uncharted, Last of Us, Spiderman, Helldivers 2), on the forum you can read that some have managed to get and run the game legally even though their countries are restricted and fall into the category of 170 countries that do not have PSN, I wonder how they did it and if there are Steam packages that make it possible. So if there is a way to activate the key on steam, why would I want to pirate it.
Have you solved this problem?

No, for now the game cannot be purchased in countries that are restricted. Although the new PlayStation 5 games that have been released on PC, Spiderman 2, Last of Us Part 2 no longer require a PSN login, the restriction for countries that do not support PSN has not been lifted and it is still not available, even if you manage to buy a CD key through other sites that sell it, you will not be able to run it in a country that is under restriction. The only way I have come across and heard that supposedly works is to create a Steam account for a country that supports PSN, but that you must have a bank account in that country in order to be able to link it to your profile and buy PlayStation games that require a PSN connection. I hope that in the future they will lift the restrictions and that the 170 countries that do not have the PSN network will be able to buy games, because it is no longer about the PSN network because now it is no longer needed to play, it is just about the restriction
