Sindri's house bugs

I can't enter Sindri's house, I think I've done everything that was required. The journal says return to Sindri's house when you're ready, but in fact the door is inactive, just a dot is lit. I also freed the wounded animal in the desert, now it's flying around and enjoying itself. Has anyone else had the same experience?

If this is true, then at what point should I press the "X", if near the door, then it doesn't work

When looking at the door and choosing where to go, there is a hotkey listed along the bottom that will take your Sindri's house when pressed.

The default button on an Xbox controller is X.

I have no problem getting to the island with the house, when I approach the house I have a gray mark, I can't enter the house itself

Try going back to the first Alfheim gateway where Tyr left to go back to Sindri's house. That is the only thing I can think of, maybe that part of the quest didn't trigger.

I tried it, it doesn't work, I even tried to replay it with an old save, it didn't work either.

Damn, sorry man. The only other thing I can think of is using the escape menu "restart checkpoint".

Also see if maybe you have to ring the chime for ratataskor and that'll help?

I didn't have any issues but I did things in a slightly different order. After Tyr left, I went to the next travel gate where Sindri was then took that back to Sindri's house, went inside, but didn't go to the dinner table. Then I went and did all the side stuff with the trapped beast back in Alfhiem.

Yes, I’ve been looking for a solution for quite a long time and most likely there isn’t one, it’s a saving glitch, I personally downloaded someone else’s save based on my progress

May I have that save game too? I'm stuck in the exact same place but I only found savegames with an absurd amount of money and XP, not like a "legit" one
