Loading save file will lead to endless loading screen.

Hi everyone.
Everyone time I want to play the game after a previous session, the game is stuck in the loading screen when I choose continue or load a save file. This problem can only be fixed after I reinstall the game and when I close, I run into the same issue again, forcing me to reinstall the game. I really hope this isn't the only solution and someone among you knows a better one because always reinstalling a HUNDREDSEVENTYFIVE GB large game is not a long term option for me.
