I don't think this game is as good as first one neither. They made it bigger as in takes more hours to finish but while the first one I finished like 3-4 times this is one and done for me. If I bought it let's say for 50% off I wouldn't be too mad about it but full price is a bit much in my opinion.

It's about the same amount of time to 100% both games, probably a little more for Ragnarok depending on how well Valhalla runs go. I personally believe it's worth full price.

Just go to allkeyshop page and buy the game for almost 50% off. Sites like instant gaming, eneba are good places to buy games. Easy

Yes, it's worth full price.

As a game, yes. In its current state on PC, no. Right now it's got plenty of softlocking, crashes, and freezes, and on older GPUs it seems to run especially poorly even if they're equipped to handle the game. I got a lot of overheating issues on older GPUs and general poor performance. Personally I'd wait a while for the issues to get ironed out before buying it on PC.

Overall the game took me 103 hours to 100% with one main story run and a 100% of Valhalla.

Dunno where you got that. I finished this game on old 1080ti in 60 fps/high settings 1080p with fsr on quality and 99% of time I had 60 fps (loading sequences in this "realm between realms" tree drop fps but you just wait there to load anyways). And in like 50 hours I didn't have single freeze. I'd say port is really solid.

Can I ask what took you 100 hours or was it just playing out of enjoyment?

Sounds like a hardware problem on your end. Game runs flawlessly over here. There is no issues with the game to iron out. You're overheating old hardware because either the hardware is tired and needs to be put out of it's misery or it's just not powerful enough to run the game well. I mean this game was developed for PS4 so it should basically run on a Potato PC. People are running it fine on a Steamdeck dude...

As for the Game it's worth every nickle, So Nice I bought it Twice, paid full price at launch and even bought a PS5 Just to play it, then bought it again when it launched on PC. It's a grindy game, like you're going to die a lot and the progression of Kratos power is very gradual across the whole game, you wont be maxing out his abilities until end game and the enemies increase in difficulty along the way so there is always a challenge. You dont just become all powerful and slay everything in your path ever. It's not on the difficulty level of a From Soft Game but it's difficult enough that it feels fair and challenging without being too infuriating. Buy it.

Interesting, as alot of people with faster systems and NVIDIA GPU's do seem to have some freezing issues.
I still wonder if actually limiting fps to a certain number may prevent it.
Some game engine elements causing driver freezes when a frametime is too short or something.
