Resolution locked at 720p

I just dowloaded the game and applied the settings i wanted but the resolution showed went from 1080p to 720p and I cannot change it.

Turn off the upscaling to make it run at native resolution of your display.

3060ti and 1920x1080. I solved changing the dlss from quality to dlaa

You misunderstand how this game works. Most games, when you enable FSR or DLSS, will still show the resolution of the game vs the internal render resolution. This is because the game's resolution is independent of your desktop resolution. The reason why GoW does this is it's FS mode is just windowed border-less, and it ALWAYS runs at the resolution of your desktop no matter what it says in the game. It just doesn't make this clear to the gamer.

GoW shows the internal rendering resolution when DLSS or FSR is enabled. It's still being upscaled to your desktop resolution. When FSR/DLSS is disabled (or when using DLAA), then the internal render resolution becomes your desktop resolution, and then, and ONLY then, will it match your desktop resolution.

Example: I have the game running in 4K, if I set DLSS to Quality, it shows 2560x1440 in the resolution settings (it switches from 4K to 2.5K), but the game is still physically running at 4K, and the 2560x1440 shown now in the resolution is being upscaled to 4K

The devs shouldn't have done this because it's confusing to people. In a nutshell, you changed from DLSS to DLAA for no reason at all.

With a 3060Ti he doesnt need upscaling at all for 1080p... he should be able to play at native res easily so using DLAA is perfectly fine for him. Hes done the right thing.
