Ask yourself a question why you are asking stupid question.
Why should not a solo game have integration with the publisher's platform?
There is no reason not to have it. I am glad it will. Trophies as reason are enough for me.
I don't even understand how that's possible. Google says there's only 195 countries in the entire world right now. Does that mean PSN is only available in 20 countries?
Isn't Sony a global brand? Don't they sell Playstation consoles in hundreds of countries across every continent? But for some reason they don't provide the PSN access that's becoming more and more necessary to fully enjoy those consoles and their games (and also allows people to buy digital games which provides another income stream for Sony)? It's baffling.
Which is why the PS5 is the first Playstation I didn't buy.
It's 184 Countries / REGIONS.
If that was the case it would be available nowhere. The majority of this number is regions from Africa / SEA iirc.
Fair enough. I got confused because that Imgur link literally said "175 countries".
This is objectively false. Both the PS4 and PS5 can be set up and used completely offline.
