I just found a working fix for myself, which is using the steam launch options of the DRG Survivor properties to launch game in specific resolution.
Thanks to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2699973520
Replace /height/ and /width/ with your desired screen resolution.
For example, -screen-height 1440 -screen-width 2560 will start the game in 1440p and fix the problem
Based off that post... are you running your monitor in a native resolution and the game in that resolution? Or are you doing any scaling or weird resolution stuff?
My monitor is 1440p so i always running windows and games in 2560 x 1440. This is the first Unity game that i encountered such problem. The game changed the resolution itself somehow i guess?
I also noticed the ingame settings always return to 640 x 480, which is also mentioned by other players.
