Where is the save data stored?

I see a lot of people saying they've lost progress since the last update. I haven't played since the update, so I'm looking to backup my profile data just in case. Where does my save data live (locally)? What is the file/pathway?

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Funday Games\DRG Survivor

drgs.dat and drgs.dat_backup are the saves. The backup function doesn't always prevent the wipe so having a separate copy helps.

It is so refreshing to see such a sensible post especially in an Early Access game, i am posting this reply now as i keep seeing silly negative reviews which are just revenge reviews to get a dig at the developers for there saves being lost, but they know and agreed to EA when buying the game and know this is part of EA titles. Great post my friend i wish everybody had this kind of intuition!
