Re-rolls, luck is inadequate until level 70
After spending 80 hours on this game, I will say that the current luck/roll system is inadequate. "Why?," you say?

After finding a way to boost my luck to over 100, and in the process, increase the re-rolling ability to hundreds of times, starting from the current max of 24 Luck, up to about 150, the 'Luck' upgrades don't really start to become noticeable until around 50, and even then it is merely 'okay.' Rares pop up more, and Epics aren't as rare. At around level 70, then the quality rolls start to become noticeably high. This is when 'rare' starts to become common place, and I don't see very many common, or uncommon rolls. Legendary can frequently be found as well. 90 and above shouldn't need any explanation. While it is nice to have 120 luck where I am getting legendary options every other roll, they do get expensive in between missions.

Suggestions

1) Re-rolls during the mission shouldn't be 15 gold. That is a very steep price, especially since we are not guaranteed to get a higher quality drop. We could actually get worse. It would be nice to have either:
A) Guaranteed higher quality roll, or
B) Maybe give a pricing option of a guaranteed 30 rare, or 50 epic, that way I'm not wasting my money
C) Lower the price to 10 gold.
I've spent hundreds of gold on re-rolls, just to barely find a rare. That is not acceptable.

2) Make Luck more potent, or allow us to continue to upgrade Luck. It is horribly under powered right now.

3) As we progress through the stages, at stage 4 and 5, we should see higher quality rolls.
At least make rares a little more common. How is it that I can go through stages four and five, and only get one or two legendarys?

4) Provide an artifact that allows us to automatically starts each stage with a limited number of gold and nitro, or gives a bonus percentage, lets say, an extra 25% of our current gold amount from when we finish the level . Example.
A) I finish with 100 gold, the artifact give 25 more gold
B) I didn't use my nitro because my rolls sucked, so I started the stage with 80, got 70 more and finished the level with 150. 25% of that is 37.5, now I have 187 nitro.
C) This might be an incentive to not spend our gold and nitro on such sucky rolls, or it might help the artifact that increases our crit for the nitro we hold.

5) Upgrade stat.
A) A level 1 stat starts out each stage with 2 gold and 2 nitro, but a maxed out level 12 stat starts each stage with 25 gold and nitro
B) Or, a level 1 starts each run with 5 gold and 5 nitro, a max level 12 starts each run with 75 gold and nitro.

6) Allow us to use nitro the re-roll artifacts at least once per drop pod. Like charge 30 or 45 nitro to re-roll. I hate getting stuck with two options that slow my movement, and the last choice is to get xp from taking damage. Why?
