Recon scout with that dodge artifact I'd say.

Yeah that's an ideal build for it. You can also run on Magma Core since it's possible to dodge damage from terrain. The floor is lava, y'know.

Dodge/Dash should be the space bar, enough said.

Stand in lava. It's the only way to do it, counterintuitively. Enemies do too much damage even on hazard 1 to get 100 dodges in.

The others already beat me to it, but let me expand on their comments.

You want the Recon Scout for starters. Then pick up the unlockable artifact that increases dodge chance with damage taken. The terrain of Magma Core does very low damage and can trigger a dodge.

Just keep moving around and avoid higher sources of damage. Keep an eye out for Red Sugar and the BLT if you can. Invest in Life Regen, too.

You'll get the 100 dodges in no time.
