Overclock Unlocks feel incredibly bad
The change to needing to unlock overclocks now is unhealthy for the game imo. It feels like a cheap way to pad out the game time and makes it impossible to win a run on the first few games, especially since you need to unlock them for every single gun. After I got the G2K to lvl 12 and it said I unlocked overclocks I thought it would be a general unlock for all guns.


It also deters from trying out new builds after unlocking OCs for one build. Why should I try a new build without OCs and no chance of winning the game, if I could just grind meta progression on a build that I know will work?

Any thoughts?

I kinda wish you would get access to the OCs in the same run you unlock them. So when you reach 12 first time, you would get a yellow OC, then another at 18.

But it's still very doable to beat missions even without having any OC:s unlocked. It's just that sometimes it feels like I rush to 12 to unlock the OC, then it's better to abandon the run and retry to have a better chance at beating with OC:s available for that weapon.

I don't even know how to attach OC, but I beat my first full run without them. I do think unlocking them the first time should give you one in that run

You need to get your weapon level to 12 so you can use OCs in the following runs. Then you get to choose between 2 (or taking none if it ♥♥♥♥♥ up your synergies) at lvl 9, 15 and 18 I think
