My brain is fried after getting every other goal. What class/subclass can get 4 plasmas?

To answer your question, Engineer. Go LMG Turret or Warthog and swap them to plasma. Then grab Plasma Burster, Breach Cutter, and Shard Diffractor.

I sadly did not have the Plasma Burser Grenade available I did it with LMG turret AND Warthog, Breach Cutter and Shard Diffractor.

I recommend the tinkerer because his weapons start higher so you can find out sooner if you got the plasma overclock on Warthog/LMG or both earlier.
