Spider-Freeze at Carnage

Has anyone experienced a problem with Spidey:Shattered Dimensions freezing at a loading screen and how to fix it? I'm playing the Carnage level and get to the part after the crashing plane. I can get through all the floors of the burning building, but, when I reach the top, a loading screen appears and it won't get past that. It either sticks at the loading screen or just goes blank during that screen. Anyone else get this issue? Any way to resolve?

Yeah you have to repeat the whole mission. The problem is that it fails to load the area where the boss fight occurs. So when that loading screen happens, it's trying to load forever but it doesn't realize what it's missing. It's a loading screen that will literally go until you stop the game. I had this issue on PC and on console. Just another pitfall of Shattered Dimensions.
