i own the games for windows version, as that was the definitive pc version when the game came out. and then 5 years later they put it on steam. one of my mates let me put it in my steam showcase. since i do infact own the game.

Last I saw it was on a 3rd party site for around $1500 along with Amazing Spiderman 2.

Feel sorry for the people who paid over a grand for Amazing Spiderman 2 since there is a workaround to buy it on Steam for $60 but then again anyone paying over a grand for that game in the first place probably doesn't care about money too much.

No you have to be in Australia. For some reason it is still for sale on Steam for us down here.

If you have a mate in Australia they can buy it for you as per Steam's guidelines regarding gifts.

the reason is when they were delisting it activision australia missed it by pure accident. its also available in new zealand.

Ah ok thanks that makes sense, wasn't that sure how it happened. Maybe it was one of those 'convenient' mistakes since Activision would still be getting money for it although it probably wouldn't be that much and not really worth it for them.

Wish they would make more mistakes like this more often, there's a ton of their discontinued games I missed out on that i'd like to buy on Steam.

there are, amazon still sells steam keys for certain games.

Oh I mean like for Shattered Dimensions and Deadpool. Couldn't seem to find them at all down under maybe it's different for Amazon US. It's all good since I managed to just get them on console, still pricey but at least not over 1k pricey lol
