hidden items and cassetes

if you haven't already found the teddy bear, pink iphone and the digital camera - I suggest going to the western edge, look at the floor for the phone, and then look for the the alley way that has rubbish bins you can clear out, there you'll find the other 2 items - and 2 gun parts and some scrap.

im missing 1 collectable now after i restarted the game in v4

I got all the collectables, but I'm at 10/12 of cassettes too. I'm wondering if they're even in the game.

May be there is a bug on cassettes that disappear after several days.
I've found the cassettes on these place.

1.Window frame at Day Trader Building
2.Alley to the Night Trader's floor
3.Barricade on the way to Casino
4.Casino's bar shelf (Behind the bar owner)
5.Most left shelf in the Market
6.2F at the building beside the vice versa
7.On top the car in front of the Shop
8.Barricade beside the Prison bus

I've got all 12 cassettes but cannot find the last collectible. 18/19... frustrating!!
