The closest I can think of are Danganronpa (for the dark comedy and visual novel aspects) and South Park: The Stick of Truth (for the social satire and dark comedy) but even both of those are pretty far away from Class of '09.
It would be easier to answer if you mentioned what you like about this game. Is it the dark humour, or lack of filter, or mention of serious issues, or being realistic instead of being a fantasy world, or playing as a younger person, or the time setting, does it have to be a visual novel important or can it have some gameplay, does it have to be funny (at least trying to be, or funny for some)?
I don't mention any spoilers (other than what you can find in the trailer/official game description), other that discussing whether the game has/hasn't stuff mentioned above. You can also click the links and not read my comments.
Two games that have some similarities:

- This is the closest thing I can think of, but it's not a similar game. It's "realistic", in the sense you won't see ANY fantasy elements). It mostly lighthearted, but touches some serious issues, but not as often as this game. Kind of a coming-of-age game, figuring what to do in life, 90's vibes.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1148760/I_Was_a_Teenage_Exocolonist/
- Another coming-of-age game. This has a lot of fantasy elements, but it still can be very relatable. A lot more serious themes than Growing Up.
You could also look into some of these games:

Life is Strange series, there is a lot of them. Peoples' opinions vary on the order to play them. When in doubt, play them in release order, starting with Life is Strange - Episode 1, can't go wrong with that. The first episode is free.

Walking simulator, but the best one I know. It does feature a lot of dark topics, even if they might not be obvious at a glance. I find it thought provoking and relatable. You will not find humour here.

I haven't played this, same developers as Life is Strange, 90's vibes. I know almost nothing about this, I'm disappointed that it takes "27 years later after summer of 1995".
